Very clean room, nice and quiet road. A nice base in Perissa to explore the rest of Santorini.

Local and characteristic Greek style with personal touches, not the modern hotels that all look the same!

We stayed at Villa Spyros for a week and I totally recommend it, the position is so convenient, it only takes two minutes by foot to get to the beach. The entrance is so welcoming and cozy, the room is not very big but that’s okay since the majority of the time is spent outside of it and most of all, it was very clean and this is the most important thing. The little table outside each room is very nice because you can have breakfast there. Last but not least, Sofia is very very nice and she helped us whenever we asked her something. The quality-price ratio is very good too so I 100% recommend.

Sofia's been a great host for our entire quick weekend in Perissa, she helped with the transport from the airport and been available during our stay.

We stayed in a cozy studio on the first floor. The room is big enough, and all the amenities at hand. Everything is clean and working.

The property is on a 5 minutes walk from the black beach of Perissa, and close to the bus station.

Worth to mention, there's a classic Greek taverna next to the property: great food and reasonable prices, if you want to try authentic Greek food that's the place. (And it's not a tourist trap, unlikely from many other places)

Big plus for the bouganville at the reception entrance, and for the decorations =)

Sofia is an amazing host, she welcomed us with a wide smile at a non-trivial time, gave us winning tips for must-visit places and restaurants and scored to our liking. The accommodation is beautiful on an inner street close to the exit to the main road. We highly recommend the place!

Sofia, the host, is a very special person who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The property’s location is the best! Everything is around the corner, the beach, restaurants, cafés, shops, rental places-a really fun and accessible area!

Very clean studio! Nice location, as it is close to the beach and restaurants. Good value for money. It is simple, but you have everything you need for a comfortable vacation.

I loved my stay in Villa Spyros, I wish I could stay longer. The place is great, clean, comfortable and stylish, the owners are super nice and helpful. The beach nearby is also fine. There are buses that will take you to Thira (from there it is possible to take buses to the other parts of the island). Definitely recommended.

I had an amazing stay at Villa Spyros! The location was perfect, just a short walk from one of the best beaches in Santorini and surrounded by great restaurants, a supermarket, and bakeries. The host was incredibly helpful, making sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. Her suggestions made my trip even more memorable. I truly appreciated her insider tips, and it made me feel like I was getting an authentic experience of Santorini.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. This place is definitely a gem, and I can't wait to come back! Highly recommended!

Gorgeous vibes with the garden out front. Awesome location about 1 block from the beach and 1 block to the Main Street for food. Staff were wonderful, room was a great size. We loved our stay here. Perissa has an awesome beach vibe!!

The room was gorgeous big spacious, big comfy double bed, the surroundings and villa area stunning.

Villa Spyros Santorini is perfectly located: 5 minutes to the beach, right next to a restaurant with homemade cuisine - available both on-site and for takeout, 5 minutes to the local bus stop, 8 minutes to a big, well-known chain market/grocery store, and a bakery-patisserie, where you can also buy freshly squeezed juices and quality coffee. It makes an excellent starting point for exploring the whole island. The host of Villa Spyros, Sofia, is an amazing manager; a warm and charming person, who helps with everything with a smile, as she takes a great care of her guests, making sure their stay is comfortable. It is Sofia's personality that makes this place easy to recommend - with a great atmosphere and high-quality service (rooms cleaned daily, towels and bedding changed often). It's also worth considering Sofia's recommendations for interesting places to visit; her suggestions will lead you to atmospheric and charming places, without tourist crowds. Even on such a beautiful island as Santorini, the ambiance of a place matters. And thanks to Sofia and Elena, Villa Spyros simply has it.

The location of the site is really good in a quiet part of the island.

The facilities were nice and spacious and with that typical Greek style.

You can walk 5 minutes to the beach, and there is a very nice Promenade with many stores and restaurants.
